7 years of education

Bachelor degree in Journalism and Social Communication and English Philology with German Language, summed up with a Master degree from Jagiellonian University in Media Management. In addition  postgraduate studies in E-commerce and Social Media Manager on Economical University in Katowice.

9years experience 

Searching for my professional path I made an internship in hoga.pl, Elamed and found my first job in private English School Języki Katowice. Deciding to follow marketing path I gained experience in  MMflex (B2B) and spread my wings in holding Piga sp. z o.o. (B2B, B2C, printing and home decor industry). I also have 1 year experience in Freshview agency (now: MarketerHub). Currently, I work in start-up Sagenso (cybersecurity) as Project Manager of B2B marketing projects and I’m looking for new opportunities.

Reaching goals from scratch

My marketing career I build from the very beginning on the basis of independent positions, where the marketing department arose along with my employment. I gained experience in both : building an in-house team and coor dinating work of outsourcing coworkers.

Reaching goals through dreams

In primary school I dreamed about being an English and mathematics teacher. In high school – a journalist and a writer. That’s not by accident that I’m at this point of my life, where marketing combines features of all four mentioned occupations.

Analysis of surroundings

When I meet a new theme/product/project I start with the check of whats that an whats its place on the market.

Situation assessment

Good knowledge of the topic leads to inspection of what has been done so far and  what methods has been used.

Searching for opportunities

Thats the moment when its worth to spend  time on checking all the possible ways to make the project evolve.

Planning

This step is all about specifics. I answer questions: who, when, where, how, why, and last but not least, how much?

Implementation

However, the plan is created in order to stick to it, its always worth to keep in mind the value of being flexible about it.

Results

Without good analysis its impossible to take up proper steps. That is why checking, testing and optimizing are constant in this job. 

People

The richest people in the world didnt build their power alone.  Good team is the most important project mainstay.

Communication

Its basis is to make your message clear anpurposeful. I value the importance of a simple talk, whether it s with my worker or supervisor.  

Cooperation 

Without people and communication there is no way the project will work. I am an eager fan of H2H philosophy.
